Welcome to Bound. By using the Bound app (“Service”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Overview
Bound provides calendar management features by connecting directly with your Google account through the official Google Calendar APIs. The app uses a secure backend server only for maintaining real time synchronization and does not store your calendar event contents.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your device and Google account.
You agree to use Bound only for lawful purposes.
3. Data Storage
All calendar event data remains securely stored in your Google account. Bound does not store any event contents, and server-side data is used only to support synchronization, such as encrypted tokens and channel metadata.
Bound’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a reliable service, Bound is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from your use of the app.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the Bound app, including its design and content, are owned by DayMore.
6. Changes to the Service
We may update or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
